Portrait Drop allows users to capture images using their device camera or import images into the application. These images are processed to:

• Create profile photos
• Detect and isolate subjects using segmentation technology
• Place subjects into studio-style environments
• Apply lighting and visual adjustments
• Generate final image outputs
• Generate AI-assisted create-a-post copy
• Generate AI-assisted copy from manually uploaded images

Images are not automatically stored on our servers. Images are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or upload them.

1.2 Camera and Device Permissions

Portrait Drop requires access to your device camera to enable image capture functionality. The camera is only accessed when you actively initiate it.

1.3 Account Information

To access certain features, you may create an account. We may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Authentication credentials
• Free plan, credit, seller pass, and feature access status

1.4 Payment Information

Portrait Drop may offer one-time credits and recurring seller passes inside the Android app. Purchases are processed through Google Play billing or another authorized platform payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.

1.5 Usage and Technical Data

We may collect limited technical data, including:

• Device type and operating system
• App usage activity
• Feature interaction (e.g., product photo usage, profile photo usage, AI create-a-post usage, manual create-a-post usage)
• Free plan limits, one-time credit balances, seller pass status, and remaining feature allowances

How We Use Information

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Process product photos, profile photos, and uploaded images to generate outputs
• Deliver AI-assisted marketing copy suggestions
• Manage Google Play billing status for credits, seller passes, and other paid access
• Track free usage limits, one-time credit balances, recurring seller pass allowances, and watermark-free export eligibility
• Improve performance and user experience
• Detect and prevent misuse or abuse

We do not sell your personal information.

Image Processing and AI Features

Portrait Drop uses automated technologies, including segmentation and AI systems, to generate outputs. Processing may include:

• Lighting optimization
• AI-generated marketing copy for create-a-post requests
• AI analysis of manually uploaded images for manual create-a-post requests

All processing is performed solely to provide requested features.

However, paid credits, recurring seller passes, and other paid billing features are intended only for users who are 18 years and older, the age of majority in their jurisdiction, or otherwise legally authorized to make purchases through Google Play.

If a minor uses Portrait Drop, purchases must be made only by a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized adult.
